is pastor and overseer of
churches in  Cleveland,
Tennessee and in Austin, Texas,
The House of Prayer Ministries,
both of which operate several
community outreach ministries.
The goal of Wings of Destiny
Ministries is to reach out into
the community, to those in
need of help, to assist the
poor and oppressed, and
those that are lost, to be the
hands of God extended. The
ministries are endeavoring to
bring hope to the hopeless, to
encourage the discouraged,
healing to the broken hearted
and love to the loveless; To
bring the message of salvation
and to see souls delivered.  



The Spirit of the Lord is upon
me, because he has anointed
me to preach the gospel to the
poor; he has sent me to heal
the broken hearted, to preach
deliverance to the captive, and
recovering of sight to the
blind, to set at liberty them
that are bruised, to preach the
acceptable year of the Lord.
